Butter
Our butter is 100% naturally home grown in NZ. QFS is New Zealand's largest industrial butter user. In baking, New Zealand butter provides a unique texture and flavour, resulting in high quality gourmet pastries.
Margarine
Margarine is a less expensive alternative to butter. QFS has developed specific margarines to provide the best product performance and customer acceptance in relation to product quality and price. It is very functional for a wide range of uses.
We can also offer margarine products that are non-hydrogenated which means they are virtually free of trans fatty
acids, and all-vegetable which allows products to have vegetarian
status.
