QFS New Zealand 100% butter croissants are exported to Japan and Australia. Our customer's have confirmed we produce an authentic french style croissant of premium quality. We developed our own automated system to expand capacity of our croissant production. By varying the percentage of butter we are able to customise croissant formulations to meet different needs of our clients and their customers.
We have also recently developed a no-proof FTO croissant which is able to be baked from frozen or thawed and baked. As this product does not require proofing there is significant additional convenience and flexibility with this product compared to a standard or pre-proof croissant.
