We manufacture a number of Cookie and Biscuit products that range from 3.75kg bulk sheets used as a base for manufacturing other products, to pre-formed cookies down to 10.0 grams in size.
Flavours can vary from the traditional chocolate chip to more specific and exotic flavours to suit your needs. In 2004 we invested in a MASDAC depositor to enable us to produce frozen unbaked cookies which can be baked as required by our customers in store.
