Since our initial production of a butter puff pastry in 1981, we have developed a wealth of experience in the manufacture of butter and margarine based pastries. We have vast experience and knowledge on the use of different ingredients, recipes and production methods in achieving specific lift, mouth feel and taste to suit customers needs.
We have state-of-art technology and equipment, allowing us to make any pastry to suit your requirements.
We manufacture filled pastries using natural fruit from New Zealand, or savoury fillings, along with a selection of filled Danish pastries. Our machinery allows us to create a selection of different shaped and sized products to suit every customer's requirements.
Our range includes a variety of different:
- shapes, such as square, rectangular, hexagonal and round, as well as rolls, spandaus and lace top;
- sizes;
- weights;
- flavours.
Croissants
We use a French method to create sumptuous flakey butter croissants which are delicious on their own or filled with your own special savoury or sweet fillings.
We use the finest ingredients to manufacture a selection of the highest quality bulk biscuit mix and pre-formed cookies. We have been producing biscuit mixes for export for over ten years.
Pre-formed Cookies utilising premium chocolate, fruit and nuts are frozen unbaked ready for you to bake on demand.
