Andee Gainsford - Chief Executive Officer

 

With 25 years experience in manufacturing and export organisations, Andee is a wealth of knowledge in our business.  Andee specialises in building business relationships both within New Zealand and overseas, and in  particular, Japan.

Craig Pettigrew - Business Manager International

Craig has been marketing New Zealand and New Zealand products internationally for over 15 years with firsthand experience across a diverse range of channels and business models in North Asia. Craig’s focus is on international business development and relationship management to enhance sustainable growth in global trade.  Until recently Craig has been based in Japan and is fluent in spoken and written Japanese. 

Tim Leefe - Financial Controller

 

Tim brings to QFS New Zealand an extensive finance background working in manufacturing organisations.  He contributes to the team by identifying new business opportunities and assisting in providing strategic direction. 

Alistair Ball - Factory Manager 

Alistair joined QFS as our Factory Manager with experience in both Packaging and Bakery industries.  He plays an integral part of ensuring high quality products reach our customers.

Gina Gray – Technical Manager

 

Gina has specialised her career in the food industry after training as a Food Technologist.  She contributes to the team by enthusiastically researching and developing new products.

Thom Thomson - Project Manager Quality and Process Improvement

 

Thom's career at QFS New Zealand began in 1996. Thom rigorously manages our quality assurance procedures, ISO and HACCP, and environmental management.

 

Simon Jackson - Customer Services Coordinator

Being a qualified baker with over 17 years experience with QFS New Zealand, Simon offers invaluable expertise to the QFS production process.  Simons role includes production scheduling and customer liaison.

Hamish Binnie – New Zealand Sales Manager

Hamish brings a decade of invaluable experience working with market leaders in the grocery and food industry. His knowledge and sales ability is highly valued by the QFS New Zealand team.

Peter Simmons – Sales and Technical Manager Australia

  

Peter has 20 years experience in the baking industry, from owning his own business to supporting a major pastry manufacturer in Australia. Peter joined forces in 2003 with the QFS New Zealand team to build the Australian market.
