Sauce Products

Our dairy based sauces are made from pure NZ milk and butter, creating rich and creamy sauces. All of our sauces present our customer with the convenience of a prepared sauce with a smooth velvety texture, excellent either on their own or as a base for soups, chowders, lasagnas and creamy pastas.

We offer a base white sauce or delicious flavoured sauces, and are able to prepare package sachets ranging from 120g to 10kg. The sauce products are packaged using a special laminated film that can withstand temperatures beyond 120C° (248F°). This film allows the sauce to be taken straight from the freezer to boiling water or the microwave for thawing and heating, with no fuss and no mess.

We diversified our product line with the addition of dairy based sauces in 1992 building a sauce plant to supply the Japanese market, customising our product range to their needs. We currently produce a number of different sauce recipes, with our white sauce being the most popular.  We pride ourselves on our ability to work with our clients to develop products that suit their specific needs.
