Significant investment in new processing technology has been made, with a purpose built Fritsch laminator being installed. This has given improved processing capabilities and versatility enabling the development of pastry products with varying baked profile.
We specialise in bulk and sheeted pastry products using both butter and/or margarine. Our state-of-art technolgoy offers our customers extensive options and variations in their pastry products.
We are also able to manufacture a number of finished products such as lace pies, palmier pies, and many other varieties either as a stock QFS product, or one which is specifically developed on a customer by customer basis.
